"Then I heard the voice of the Lord saying, 'Whom shall I send?
And who will go for us?' And I said, 'Here am I. Send me!'"

Thought For The Day

From the earliest days God has been sending His people with His Word, to speak it and share it with others. Often preoccupied with many other concerns, God's people fail to speak His Word of love to others.
In Isaiah, God finds a willing and eager prophet. Isaiah's motivation and excitement centered in the assurance of God's forgiving love, and the joy of God's salvation!
Today we can share the Word of God with others so easily - in casual conversation, by teaching, by phone and email!
You know people who need to hear God's Word of love! As we
live in God's love, let us also be exuberant and excited, and tremblingly
say, "Here am I. Send me!"

Prayer
For The Day

O Lord, my insecurity, my doubts, my sin, my troubles, make me reluctant to speak Your Word to others. Assure me each day of Your complete forgiveness and cleansing. Give me the courage to do Your will, by passing Your Word on to others. Amen.
