We need to "keep ourselves in God's love," but we do not. Instead of trusting His love, we take matters into our own hands. We allow guilt to drive us to despair or to some program of self-righteousness. Keep yourself in God's love! Remember Jesus, your Savior! Wait for His mercy! He has promised to bring you to eternal life, and God does not lie! He simply says, "Remain in My love." [Jn. 15:9] - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -
Dear Lord, I believe in Your love - help me overcome my unbelief. Preserve me from doubt, despair, and delusion. Let me see Your love in Jesus at all times. Keep me in Your love, Amen. - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -
